Who do I contact to learn more about my annual assessment?

Contact the Community Management Association (CMA).

Click www.cmamanagement.com to access their website ... OR call CMA Customer Care at (972) 943-2828.
What does my bi-annual assessment pay for?

Your bi-annual assessment pays for the following:
  • common area maintenance (lawn care, water & electric utility costs for the sprinkler system, wall and fence maintenance, etc.)
  • HOA insurance
  • professional management services by CMA
  • annual audit
  • legal expenses
  • property taxes on common areas owned by the HOA

I need to replace my fence and need to know what documentation to provide to continue with the project.

Per your question to the ACC, you can find instructions on the ACC submittal procedure via the CMA website (www.cmamanagement.com).

Once you have logged in to the CMA website, click the FAQs tab and then click ACC Instructions.

If you do not have a CMA login, simply click Need to Register? (top right) on the CMA home page and follow the instructions.  

If you have forgotten your password, simply click Forgot Password? (top right) on the CMA home page and follow the instructions.
I have registered on the CMA website.  How long should it take to gain access to their website?

You should receive an email with your CMA website password within 24 hours.  If you do not receive anything by this time tomorrow, I suggest that you contact CMA Customer Care at 972-943-2828 to inquire on the status of your access.
