Ten Oaks HOA - About Us
The Ten Oaks Homeowners Association (HOA) is:
- a legal non-profit corporation registered with the State. The Association has Articles of Incorporation that entitle the Association to exercise powers of a corporation
- is "governed" and managed by a duly elected Board of Directors
- is purposed to maintain all common areas and amenities and to govern the community in accordance with the governing documents
- is financially supported by all members of the Homeowners Association.
